Citizens United Enhances The Monstrosity


The so-called "outside groups" created by Citizens United are anything but. Campaigns coordinate openly with outside groups through loopholes in election law. In North Carolina, Thom Tillis's campaign issued a public memo describing in detail the campaign's strategic needs, a common tactic to get around laws barring coordination.
