Roy Moore Supporters Don't Want The Allegations To Be True. And So They Don't Believe Them

Alan: Not long ago, I mentioned to "The Thinking Housewife" (a Catholic traditionalist blogger) that the rate of abortion in the United States -- after coming down precipitously for decades -- was now lower than it had been just prior to Rowe v. Wade.

The Thinking Housewife wrote back saying "I don't believe it." http://www.thinkinghousewife.com/wp/

Abortion rate data (long tracked by U.S. demographers) demonstrated a result that did not accord with "The Thinking Housewife's" beliefs, so she discarded "the fact" and retained "the belief."

It is now time to review the meme at the top of this post.
